I love the barebones racecar look. Looks like a fun ride. What rear gear?
Very cool. Always liked that stripe design and now it can be coordinated to match the side stripes.
PS @ OP and stu. You can also use a handheld vac pump with very long hose attached to the vac advance pot as well. Gives the ability to adjust...
I'm with mojo on this one. Pretty common procedure back in the day to make life easier for engine/trans r&r. Anyone who's ever cross threaded...
Absolutely! Much easier to feel that little extra power gain in a lower torque 170 horse 302 than a high torque 400 horse 347. What you, and...
Not really a new vs old design issue but more about the specific model being used. Also consider battery voltage dif's between those tests as...

Nice ride, Bob. What's the short and longterm plans for the car?
Sure about that Craig? Not looking to debate you on the matter considering you've probably forgot more about these cars than I'll ever know but...
Smart man.. ^^^^.. took the cumulative approach. If there's one thing that I've learned through a lifetime of hearing people discrediting many...
OP also has a non-stock SC'd V6 engine which puts out less BTU's than a stock 302 so it's pretty damned hard to screw up this cars cooling...
As mojo eludes to above, they were likely added to achieve additional caster without needing to use up all the radius rods adjustment threads....
Put an e-fan on it and all those "low speed airflow" concerns go away as soon as the relay kicks in. Go one step further and use an e-pump?.. and...
