Can you use a vented cap on a California emissions gas tank?

I think there better than stock, I'm happy I switched them , also used there lower arms ( no more rubber squiking)

[ATTACH]thats the bushing that fit tight in the frame mount , only had them on one summer .
Strut rods, they didn't make any noise, I thought there would be some noise, I was surprised, where the front of the arms mount it fit very tight...
The global west arms didn't make anymore noise for me , very smooth and increased caster , car is more stable.
What primer will you be using?
They told me 6-8 weeks, been 4 weeks , can't wait to see them .
