As Bryant stated the drums should be pressed (swedged) on the hub then turned.
Have a couple of 14 x 7 steel wheels where the center of the wheel is riveted (instead of welded) to the outer rimshell. Do these require a tube?
Treadepot has them in the Coopers. If your going with 205's in the front why not 215's in the back.
