to get shape right yes they would have to be in pre preg and in pre preg fiberglass. still would cost a lot as well.
i can still make spoilers but really if i did them they would be in an pre-preg autoclave vacumed process about 10xs better then what i did...

i have that set up. the heads are the sole problem not the headers. if tighten them with a pair very small channel locks... plugs IMO don't need...
