I dont know if there fiberglass or a poly something,but they aint metal,i got one mounted on a 69' Torino GT hood out in my garage right now.

The shock are supposed to be stock replacements i got em at autozone,I plan on goin with The grade 8 set up,and the whole front suspension needs...
