I no its a roller motor. e7 heads also and roller lifters.
Can you tell buy looking at the block...............in my images you can see what my motor looked like it was a mass air fuel injected motor....

The one on the right also does not have a place for a pump it was run with a fuel pump. The 289 has a place for a pump.
Just so you no the one on the right in the pic is a 92 stock motor and a stock 5.0 timing chain cover so your and mine are different. Not sure why...
