You can use the spacer or machine the input shaft down. It was mentioned on another thread that the 200/t5 combo requires a custom pilot bushing.
The a-arm is moved down and rearward parallel to the factory centerline. So both holes are moved the same amount.

If you want to keep your existing c4 then the 164t flex plate is what has to be used. So you have 3 options; 1. Re-drill flexplate for 10.5 t/c 2....
