ok i was a bit board today! i thought what if...? a I6 turbo in a maverick! huh? say what?

so what you all think? looks like it will fit! thats because it does fit! :D i just love all the room! and speaking of room with the big huge ass ugly 75 bumpers you can fit a subaru aftermarket front mount intercooler right in there!

who said a I6 will never be as fast as a V8? :D

again... i was just board and thinking... what if! :p

what is that, a T70? T76? Looks aweful big!

    I'd guess it'll support around 800-1200 HP, but again...just a guess:oops:

With all my experience in 4 banger turbo's (j-body guy) I say do it. You can put a few goodies in that inline and probably blow a ton of psi before running into problems. The old toyota supra's had inline 6 turbos and they flew. If anything, do it for the S.O.T.P. factor.

I agree. But that's probably due to the fact that I want to put a turbo on MY I6. So let me know how it goes!

Do it. Do it. Do it. That might be another future project. I have a '74, with a 250, that I am rebuiding & modifying to be my 14 year-old daughter's first car. If she really doesn't want it, Daddy might have a third hot Maverick. Hmmmmm.....

I never used to have respect, or knowledge for that matter of turbocharging. Then my lil bro bought a new 85 laser with a turbo. I had a pretty nice ole mopar with a 383 that he said could be beat in a drag race. I musta raced him 5 times before I gave in to say his car was faster. I say put that turbo on that mav, and really freak people out.

hmmmm some much for leaving it stock:D

I definitely think it would be very very cool, even out there on the west coast!

D, I was thinking and since you have that car to play with, the poor ole white 73' seems to be pushed to the curb, so why not just let me have it so it can get some luv too! (y)
