1974 Maverick I bought for $500 8 years ago when I was 16. Since then I have invested $30,000 into it.
Good luck with it. Hope everything goes well. Thom

    Good deal Neal!
    How did the motor sound?

If I remember right you do not have exhaust, so..........it probably sounded pretty good!
    Excellent!

Hey John although it wasn't as loud as your car it sure brought back some exciting feeling from last year on my adventure in your car........It definitly sounded good no strange noises and clanks or cluncks so I hope this was a successful build. I didn't really do much to it so it will not be a power house like alot of the guys but, no matter what I more than double the power that I had.

It was always kinda distubing when people would walk up to the car make comments about the paint job then walk around to the front and get a real dull look on there face, but with the green and the parts that I added hopefully it will brighten them up a bit :D:D.....This has been a blast I can't wait to start on the wifes car, she is hounding me pretty bad now :D

I think you will be surprised with the power of that little motor.
When it was in the truck it would pull the car and trailer with ease.

Glad its working out and I think you will be plesently surprised about the power.
