.when we put the car back together all i wanted was the sport mirrors in the grill.i no longer wanted the turnsignals underneath the bumper by the valance.it is ok to use the sportlamps for turnsignals and running lights isnt it?by trying to use the wire that went to the yellow lights in the valance for the sportlamps i no nolonger have turnsignals and i'm blowing fuses.do you need to run it a different way.no good at all with electricity.its not because we all know i have themflipped is itas a matter of fact i was kinda wondering if they make complete harnesses for our cars and what a car electrician would charge me to install it(ballpark)best regards bob tacket
Bob, I've got my valance lights and the sport lamps hooked together on the dim side of the bulb. The sport lamps are hooked on the bight side of the bulb for the turn signals. The bright side of the valance lights are unused on mine. If you are blowing fuses, you probably have a short somewhere. One of my sportlamps shorted out where the wire harness came out of the back of it. It had my signals and tail lights screwed up. Replaced it with a known good one, problem solved.
