window regulator

    Im am installing a new stereo and speakers and I was wondering If anybody had a picture of a 72 door without the door panel that covers up all the internals, especially the window regulator.

    Also, has anybody had some luck with putting some speakers in the door, not the Kicker panel?

    Any help/ pics would be appreciated.
