Where are your exhaust hangers located?

    I am taking my car in to get the Super 44s installed, and would like to know where you guys have your hangers attached.

    I don't want them to do any welding to the car, and it would be nice to be able to tell the guy "use such-and-such to bolt them up"...

    I will be going full dual Flowmasters with turndowns just before the axle.

    Right to the seatbelt bolt?

    Do you use the stock bolt or put an extended one on there to bolt to?

    I used the same bolts, mine were long enough from the factory, Used the bumper shock bolts out back.

    Good to hear...I currently have the back seat and belts out, but I will install them (the belts, or at least the bolts) before I take it in. I will worry about the length when it comes time to reinstall the seat and belts.

    Glad it will be that easy, and no welding to my car:thumbs2:

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    Just past the mufflers I used the factory location on the pass. side. the muffler shop drilled one hole on the driver's side.

    At the very rear of the car they used the factory holes from the tie down brackets.
