what flex plate do I need?

    1973 maverick, '87 306 H.O., roller rockers C4
    I have an '87 5.0 HO motor to put in. Currently in my car I have a stock 302 and c4. when I swap in the HO, I know I need a 50oz imbalance flex plate but with what number of teeth? Thanks

    73 Maverick 4dr
    You need a 157t flexplate for small bellhousing or if you have a big bellhousing you need a 164t. If your trans is original it has the small bell
