With the PA meet behind us, unfortunately, I'd like to personally thank everybody who attended for the support and helping make this event one to remember. We had 11 Mavs/Comets in attendance and two owners who couldn't bring their cars due to being in states of repair. With owners from PA, NJ, NY, MICH, FLA, and Canada, this was truly a regional event. A great time was had by all from dancing through Saturday mornings raindrops to chowing down on wings and watching the Sharpie 500 from Bristol to rocking and rolling with Johnny Angel. More details and pix will come in the days ahead. Look for them on maverickcomet.com and elsewhere. I'd personally like to extend my thanks to Gary Russell for his help and unyielding support. I'll need it next year for sure! I'd also like to thank all the MCCI members and soon to be new members for their attendance and warm friendship. Hey, we even had a European taste with the arrival of a 1974 Jensen Interceptor from Florida who came with his Mav buddy to be with us. Look for next year to be bigger and better. Again, to all who attended and showed me what I always expected Mav owners to be, THANK YOU!!!
