and got on her hard enough to find out I am sporting an open diff rearend. Which is ok with me for now since I am more interested in it as a street car. But I suppose I'll be visiting the tech articles and my bro-in-law to put a posi in it probably come spring time

definetly enjoying it. Matter of fact my wife asked me yesterday and this mornign if I was driving it to Work AGAIN and when I said of course she just rolled her eyes and said well what about the yellow one?? I told her as soon as the newness of the V8 wears off the yellow Maverick will have more miles on it than it can handle. hehehe

I mean get for real... 6cyl automatic bench seat and single exhaust @ 20-22 mpg or V8, 4speed, dual exhaust and bucket seats @ 17 MPG,.... Which do you think a MAN is going to drive..lol hahaha.

Actually I love the attention the Yellow Maverick gets going up the road, the new (to me) Tan and White Maverick hasn't gotten as many heads to turn as The Yellow Rose. Although I have had a few red sports cars try to test the waters by riding along side me then goosing thier cars. I just ain't ready to play that game yet... But I'll be showing a few of the local Ricer Boys what a V8 is all about soon enough.

Oh and BTW I set off my first car alarm in the garage at work today.LOL I took one of the guys out to see the Maverick and when I throttled it for him to hear the exhaust we both cracked up as the car down the row started sounding the car alarm. :rofl2:

Just make sure you aren't in GA and that little red sports car isn't my little red sports car. :evilsmile

Seriously though, very nice car. Sounds like you are having a good time with it. (y)

Be careful which ricers you pick on.Bad as I despise them,a few actually run alot better than mild v8 powered cars.
