well just when we thought we had all under control we discovered a small issue. Its fairly easy to correct but before we go the long route we thought we would see what you guys think. Here it is, after installing the radiator ,hoses lines etc. we began to fill the radiator, we discovered a leak at the stat housing so we drained down the anti and pulled the housing to readjust the stat. Put all back and that solved the leak. So again we are filling the rad.and waiting for stat to open and no luck, so I pulled the hose to look at the stat to make sure it was in correctly and it was. Put the hose back on started the engine and let it idel for very short time, but enough for the stat to open. Well the top hose is hot and so is the manifold heater hose. the lower rad hose is cold and so is the return heater hose. So I have to beleive the stat is opening but the rotation on the pump is wrong or pump is bad. There is no circulation vizable in the radiator. What do you guys think?
