I have a 302 with 351W heads that I would like to sell. The engine is a '71 vintage block, has been totally rebuilt including being bored 30 over, new hypereutecticflat top pistons, new cam (Speed Pro # CS1020R 2000-4500 RPM 290/300 adv duration .472/496 lift 112 lobe center), triple angle valve job, Offenhauser 360 intake, and all the usual new bearings, etc. Rebuild was done by a very reputable shop in town and has yet to be fired up.
Can someone give me a ballpark range of what I should be asking for this engine?
Likewise, a ballpark idea of what kind of power this engine would generate with Hooker 6901's and a 750 Holley 3310 on it would be useful.
    Thanks. John B

    Hey John!!
What do you have into the engine? Machine work & parts?
I watch Kijiji regularly, and they seem to hover around $1500 (even if you have more into them), and for a stock pulled engine, around $250-100. Seems kinda cheap.
Have you considered posting it on GTMAC?

    "Hey John!!

Don't really know! The guy who built it for me about 5 years ago took about $800 up front, and has kept putting me off about the bottom line. I finally quit asking!
    But you're right...$1500 doesn't sound like much. What's GTMAC?

WHat year Windsor heads? Makes a big difference in potential power and value.

The engine is in storage, so I can't check this immediately, but they're the 4 barrel heads; I'm pretty sure the code was D00E.
