V8 Throttle cable and pedal

I purchased a V8 throttle cable from someone on the forum and it came with a pedal attatched.. Do I have to use this pedal or can I hook it to my old pedal that already there?

 

Depends on how it hooks up to the pedal. if your pedal is the same...then yes it will hook up. Your pedal will either have a pin and eyelet hook-up...or a plastic "pin" type of hook up. Those are the only two hook-up types available.

 

Aww the two are different. I like my pedal better

 

Maybe I'll go back to six cylinders so I can keep my pedal

 

And you'd get better gas mileage, too!
