V8 frame bracket

    What way does the v8 brackets face, the ones I purchased from autokrafters have one side that pokes out further than the other side. If anyone knows or has a picture of your current set up, I would appreciate it, thank you, Brady.

    The "Flat" side faces the front of the car, bulge towards firewall and tang towards bottom.........

    I'm assuming the 289 is a bit lighter than the 250 inline 6. The car sits a little higher in the front than it did before. I would've bet the car sat lower, not in my case.

    A 289 with aluminum intake likely weighs a little less than the 250.
