V8 crossmember torque specs please?

    Anyone know the torque specs for a C4 crossmember on a V8?
    One grunt or two? :hmmm:

    Yay! Found it!
    Each bolt on the side is 14-24 lbs
    The nuts on the bottom are 30-50 lbs

    I always just get em "tight enough" :D There's just some bolts you don't really need to use a torque wrench on. ;)

    Yea.. I'm just not knowledgeable enough to know which ones that's ok with yet :(
    Normally I'd do more research in advance. Wasn't expecting to change the crossmember til later, but the engine and tranny wouldn't meet up and it was getting dark out. - First engine swap (we really need a *hand slaps forehead* smiley)

    Yea - my thinking was the engine would hold up the transmission while I changed the crossmember. Plans change. Thanks! haha
