Ok, I did everything I could to seperate the upper ball joint. I broke one Ball joint separator and bent the other. I used a huge 6# hammer and no luck! Any suggestions?

This is what I do and never fails.
Use a large hammer on the end if the spindle mounting point where the joint taper comes through. Hit it hard a half dozen times. You are trying to distort the metal just enough to let loose of the ball joint stud. This does no damage. Thats it.

    I have a suggestion....try a bigger hammer.

Seriously, it should seperate. Sometimes they are seperated, but because of the pressure from the lower A-Arm...it holds it up there and it doesn't look seperated.

I know when doing King Pins on an F-100 you need to apply heat ... try warming it up a little at a time ...

Ken has the right idea. Hit the spindle on the side as hard as you can with the biggest hammer you can get your hand on :D

I also agree with Ken. Hit the end of the spindle pretty hard, and around the outsides of it as well. You'll never use a separator again after you figure out how well it works.
