i checked everywhere, even the fluids, nothing.... could it be a poor pressure power in vac system? Or i forgot to adjust the linkage.....?

The modulator valve is adjustable via an allen wrench stuck into the vacuum nipple. I can't tell you which direction does what though, never having the need to do so. The shifter linkage if I recall, needs to be adjusted with the transmission in neutral. Then there's the band adjustments that can be made, can't advise you there either, I leave that up to my transmission guy.
