what the best 4 or 5 speed to run

 

I have a T5 manual that I really like. I think a few other people on here run them too.

my T5 was out of a 1992 or 93 mustang. Here is a little write up we did about the conversion, but a lot of other people have done them too

i would only change it for a 6-speed
