Hello guys , My 73 has a C4 trans with a shift kit/ slap stick set up < that I hate ! ... I have a 1990 donor f150 with a good 5 speed in it , What I'm asking is will the trans out of my f150 swap over with enough space to my Mav and How hard is it to install a hydraulic master cylinder set up in this car . If it helps the car was a manual from the start someone put the c4 in it .

No, truck transmissions have the shifter in the wrong location. If you want a 5 speed, go with a T5 out of a Mustang.

It is a lot easier to change a shifter than it is to swap over to a manual....
Unles it is the transmission you hate try a new shifter first.
