I've been away from this forum for a long time (too long). I chatted with you briefly here about 4 or so years ago about the Maverick you bought in Fairmount. It's the one I spent years trying to get the guy to sell, and he ended up contacting you about it.

Well, I have the bug to do a Maverick project again, so I came back here and did a few days of lurking to catch up and followed the link to the build you did on the 'Fairmount car.' All I can say is... :urock:
That car really turned out freaking AMAZING!!! Is there any chance you'll be bringing it to one of the shows here this weekend? It'd be nice to see it grace it's former hometown with it's present beauty.

Your car has inspired me- this time I will find my Mav project, and KEEP IT like I should have done with my old one. If it turns out only half as nice as yours, I'll have one nice car.

I had the car at Gas City two years ago. I will not have it there this year. too much of a pain to get a car in and out of there.

I will have THIS car there in the for sale corral at Gas City for $2900

It figures... I was sick two years ago and didn't make either show! Oh well, I'm sure I'll see it one of these days, and hopefully I'll get to meet you in Gas City this year.

A quick question for ya- I'm familiar with Hough's- I'm pretty much the reason they don't have many Nova parts anymore... But where is Barnett's? How do you get there from Hough's? I'm planning a trip that way after the first of the month.
