Took the Sprint on its first road trip this thursday.Went to a cruise at the Willow Creek winery. Its a 100 mile round trip from home in Cheektowaga to the town of Sheridan,The car behaved itself just fine...I kept waiting and watching but the car worked flawlessly the whole way there and back.:whew:
Met Mike O'connor (gageman) on the way there. My dad brought his 51 Pontiac,My freind Dan brought his 66 Tempest.Mike brought his 71 Mav and I brought the Yonkers Sprint.Good food, good music, good freinds and about 80 to a 100 cars.

your car looks really sweet. How was the weather? I still haven't taken my car to any shows yet but hopefully one of these days.

Great to hear the good news on the 1st real trip. It's a good feeling knowing you have a dependable car that you can trust. I remember my first shake down road trip...kinda puts a smile on the face when you get back home with clean hands

Thanks guys...It does feel good to know you can trust your ride for a few miles.Coming home with clean hands has allways been one of my pre-requisits for a road trip...LOL...Mo weather has finally turned nice here.It was a good evening for a cruise.I really need to get my new camera to cooperate with my old computer.I have pics from 3 of the biggest showes that take place here in the summer.Yup had the Sprint in all three of em too...lots of fun!!!
