Ok, I know there are many types and I thought I had seen them all, until now that is. I have a 74 LDO Comet 2 door parts car it has a standard looking 2 spoke (straight not bent like the 75 and up), however it has a stitched on cover/wrap. Looks real nice and it is not an aftermarket lace on cover. Is this an LDO thing or what? I have a picture here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/draggon13/1276474433/

Thoughts or ideas just clue me in.

It's a factory wrap. But not unique to LDO's, Ive seen Grabbers that had it. My dad's 73 LDO does not have it.

Good to know. Sure covers any unsightly cracks!

I wonder how hard it would be to replicate that.
It is obviously just a stock wheel with a factory installed leather wrap.
I wonder if an upolstory shop could stitch on a piece of leather that nice...
    I bet they could.

I looked into it. The upholstery shop here, said it would run me $60 an hour. And from the sound of it, it would be several hours.
