Expected to see Chris Moses and his red 70 Maverick/289 today at the Tamaqua Street Machines fall car show in PA but Chris was a no show, instead I found a nice blue/silver 73 Maverick 302 - 4 speed. I talked in length to the owner and he said this was a father/son project with early front bumper, grill, valence with a Grabber hood and spoiler. Everything was done by the two including paint. It is actually his son's car but he is only 14 and won't be driving it for another 2 years. He did a lot of the work himself beginning when he was 12. :thumbs2:
