NIIIICE , there is a drive' in here in Des Moines called " Geroge the Chili King "my mother worked there as a car hop whne she was in high-school.. they still have car hop service on rioller skates Great chili, Tenderloins ( Fat Man Special), Coneys Hamburgers coney style.. etc I remember going out for a couple of Coney's and Onion rings and a pepsi, with Mom and Dad after Mom got off work at the Grocery store on Sat nights.. they have cruise night still, don't remember what night. Also there is a place called Porkeys, they have cruise night every Saturday and also Bike night through the summer.. Old school is still popular around here! Comet is going to Porkys this year!!
