Well I'm not gonna surprise anyone at nationals because I can't get it to hookup anyways. 2 pulls were exactly the same numbers... peak 324 rwhp @ 6100 rpms and 400 ft lbs of torque @ 4400 rpms The hp didn't surprise me too much as the desktop engine calculator I use had it pretty close....it's the torque that surprised me. Needless to say I'm pretty happy with it....I think I'll keep her
Very nice! You've got me beat. I'd love to put our cars next to each other one day and see what happens. I bet we'd be close as my car is around 2900lbs.
Rick ,the ET calculator at allfordmustangs.com says that with 324hp and 3115 lbs. your best quarter mile et would be 12.38 @ 110.04 Just for the record my car weighs 3,085 lbs with me in it.
Mike the numbers calculate out the same on my program for the 1/4, my gearing kills my times, running a 4.11 would help alot vs. the 3.55 that's in it. Ray I'm afraid you'd have me beat all the way around bud, I'm gonna try some ET streets and a gear change at Nationals this year and see what happens, the car won't see the track anymore besides there. The Courier will have to satisfy the need for speed for now. We hope to have it ready by the end of May.
