Hi everyone. I just had a great weekend! We hosted the 26th International Mustang and Specialty Ford Show this weekend, it was a blast. I am extremely proud of what my Maverick did during the show and race. It placed First in the "1970 and up FoMoCo" category against some other very nice cars and 2 other Mavericks, it was one of the largest categories. After the show on Sunday, we autocrossed the cars and people were extremely surprised on how the Mav performed with a 302. I have video but no place to host them..I am looking. Anyway, the Maverick got a lot of respect this weekend and a lot of pictures taken of it, I am doing my best to spread the word. Here are some pictures taken at the autocross course, I didn't have my camera for the show, sorry . I will post when I find a place to host some video. It's been a while since I posted but once again, I would like to say "Thank You" to everyone on the board that helped make this possible.....Thank You!!!!!!! JP
That's Awesome!!!!!!! To be honest I hated that paint when you first started this project, now I love it. Your attention to detail is tremendous. You should send that in to a Magazine. I really think it could make it as a feature. Glad to hear you did well in the races(my favorite part is alway the racin but the car show thing is growing on me) also glad you got the attention from spectators your car deserves.
