    The constant voltage regulator is used to lower the voltage going to the Fuel and Temp gauge and has nothing to do with the lighting circuit. You can find this part at Napa or AutoZone

    Three 71 Maverick Grabbers, a 72 302 Sprint, a 73 LDO 2door parts car, a 76 silver v8 Stallion.
    And you already have one on the back of your cluster. You wouldn't need one unless your guages aren't working...as rthomas said.

    1972 mercury comet with a maverick front end. It has a 1992 5.0 motor in it.
    took mine all apart all gages out was easy. Took white spray paint and painted all the light blue replaced all the bulbs with 2825 bulbs at autozone and i love it .....
