Hi guys, I'm fairly new here... I've read the A/C thread and am interested in the Sanden compressor mentioned. My brother's 71 Comet has a 302 and came with factory air. However, the compressor, condensor and receiver/dryer are gone. I need to get his A/C system working. I know I need all the under hood items. What part number is the Sanden compressor? Heck, for that matter what part numbers are the receiver/dryer and condensor? Where can I get the compressor mounting bracket and idler pulley? I already checked, there aren't any Maverick/Comet cars in the local junk yard. They have very few old cars, just newer wrecks. Pretty poor junk yards if you ask me... Does anyone know if Vintage air or any other company sells a kit for a Maverick/Comet? I'm sure everything in his system will have to be replaced. Since it has to be replaced, I was wondering if I could just by a kit and have everything I need. All thoughts and suggestions would be well appreciated. Thanks. Danford1
