    Many of you remember I took the old Mavdog to Las Vegas 3 week ago and lost the trans on 18 mile Baker grade was lucky and able the last 75 miles in 3rd gear. Had to use one of U Haul 4 wheeled stretchers to get the old Mavdog home . Today got the trans out and loaded in my old 56 f100 beater for a ride to the trans shop in the morn..

    I know the feeling. And I know what it's like lying under the car, to remove the trans. Looks just like mine about 2 months ago. Second gear was sliping on mine. That's why I had to get a new one from PaulS....
