I was checking out my buddies 74 2dr Grabber Blue (code 3N) yesterday(which is parked at my house), it also had a full white vinyl roof, not 3/4 or the Halo-but it's now long gone, but remnants under both front windshield & the back. Wouldn't this be indicated on the paint code as a 4 digit code instead of just the 3N it has? I've seen some codes here on the forum w/4 digit codes & was just curious?? Maybe those 4 digit codes meant dual paint job?
It could have also been a dealer added vinyl top. I have seen on body buck tags where it indicated a vinyl top.
