I spoke with Rod & Custom no more than three weeks ago with this very same question as they are advertising something similar for models other than Maverick.

Willie's response was that they tried this, but there wasn't enough room under the Maverick to work with, so they scrapped developing the prototype.

THeres another build on here somewhere that they cut into the backseat area to mount the upper bars. The upper triangulated bars are just oo long to make this work. Take a look at Topolinos build to see another version using much shorter bars. His kit is from a company in Brazil.

I would definitely be interested in this product if it works for comets. I am wanting to keep my back seat and still get away from the leaf springs I already have my rear end figured out except the gear ratio.

Building and installing 4 link set up's on Jeeps, Topolino's set up does not look right and I honestly probably would not run it. The upper links do not have enough triangulation. It looks like there would be on heck of twisted load on the upper arms as well as the tabs. The arms look to short and at way to much of an angle.

I usually us a 4 link calculator to help with the proper placement, lengths and angles when building and setting up a suspension.

That might be my build you were thinking of or Sugarkukie's hot pink Maverick which is also done the same way

And the back seat is still usable:)

That was on and the other I am thinking about is the Spectre MAv. It started off with a R&C kit I believe.
