Well, I just got off of the phone with Ray, and he and his family are ok, and doing well. He is home, and wanted me to tell all of you that he very much appreciates the prayers and concerns for their safety. He and Debbie are fine, but his property did not fare too well. His house had the lower floor flooded, and he is trying to get his generator, that got flooded, started, to get some power. Unfortunately, his blue and his yellow Grabbers are both dead, with water over the roof on both cars. His sons red Grabber is about the same. He is in good spirits, and says it won't take long, and the cars will be back on the road.

Jerry Olivis dropped me a line, and said he and his family are fine, and the storm passed over them with no damage or injuries. He sends his thanks for the concern and asks that we all pray for the folks on the coast.

I think we can all be thankfull that so far, our community has not lost anyone or had anyone hurt from this storm, but then again, communications are sparse, and the area is a mess. And, I think it is going to get worse as time passes. For those that will, please give a little prayer for those that are affected.

If I get any more information, I will be sure to pass it along.

    Earl

Thankful to hear Ray's ok, hate to hear about his cars, though. He's got his work cut out for him, but I'm sure if anybody can git-r-done he can.

That's great news, I am so happy they are OK! I have been through cleaning up after a flood and it is no fun. I am sure a hurricane generated flood is even worst. The cars are machines and can be brought back to life.

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by this devastation.

Glad to hear you guys are ok, thats the only thing that really matters.

I also hate to hear about the Grabbers. That blue car is the Grabber of all Grabbers IMO. Everything about that car was just perfect. I know you'll get them going again when the time comes. Sounds like right now you got alot more to worry about then cars.
