Depends on which stock radiator you bought. If you bought a stock 2 core six cylinder radiator then no it will not be sufficient. if you bought a stock radiator for a 302 Maverick which I believe is a 3 row radiator then it will probably do OK. I had a pretty hot 302 in one of my 1970 mavericks years ago and I ran a stock 302 radiator and it NEVER overheated, even the time I wrecked it and put the fan into the radiator and drove it home with the fan locked up. I watched the temp gauge like a hawk and it never did overheat.

as above...if it's for a V-8 you should be fine.
4-speed and no A/C helps also...

"I'm running an electric fan and water pump."

I had the same on my 347 with no problems...:thumbs2:
with my setup now...I have a...stock V8 radiator, 180 T-stat with my fan set to come on at 193 degrees.
    the car runs between...185-191...(digital gauges)
only time the fan come on is when sitting at a long stoplight. when i leave the light, in just a minute the fan shuts off...:thumbs2:
