quick sport mirror question

    Are the sport mirrors off a '74 Mustang II the same as the sport mirrors on our Mavericks? Or, are Ford's sport mirrors "model-specific." I know the mounting holes might be farther apart, but, I'm not sure. Mainly though, I'm concerned with how they would look on a Maverick.

    i'd think they would look pretty much the same. btw, i met a guy at the swap meet at the peoria sports complex this past weekend that deals in maverick parts, he had a set of maverick sports mirrirs and the v-8 swap parts with him. didn't seem to be too high priced. his name is bill vizsity, 602-843-0228. :)

    They would not be the same. Not saying they won't "work".....but they are not the same.
