quick response needed to trans fluid ?

i think the trans fluid in my 77 auto mav is type f. just need to double check with the pros.

triple yep! hughes performance in phoenix swears by the castrol type f, but i'm sure most name brands are pretty good.

thanks guys... a while back I posted about a manifold bolt stuck in my head and I just got done finally getting it out. it took about 6 hours and a garage of tools, but I'm really glad thats over with. thanks again guys.
