    In search of more power...
I am assuming that the 200 and 250 have different carbs, If so, would it be worth the time, expense, and effort to swap to the 200 stock carb for the 250 on my 76 3.3 L6?

Yes you are right. The carb for a 200 and 250 are differant. The base were its bolted on the manfoild are differant. The 250 has a bigger base than the 200. As far as I know you can not interchange carbs.

The '74 (could be '75) and up 200 & 250 carbs are purdy much the same . The older 144 170 & 200 have a 1.5 inch carb hole on the intake and the newer (I don`t know what year it started but it was about '69 or so) 200 & 250 have a 1.75 carb hole on the intake .
