the rubber flange piece which connects the fuel neck to the tank..mine has gone out causing me to lose about a gallon of fuel on the road. my question is, what exactly is this called and where can i find one? i have searched around at my local auto zone /kragens and came up empty handed.

You can get a new one through Autokrafters/RPS.Fuel filler neck to tank gasket/seal.
