Hey ya'll! How're things!?!?! Finally got my new fuel pump on and regulated. Works great....but it's loud...[IMG] But anyway, I decided I'd drive it to school Thursday, as the weather has been REALLY nice lately. I'm back in Louisiana now, so it's about 60 miles one way to college. After checking everything out Wednesday, made the trip without a hitch! Clocked about 140 miles on 'er that day. Checked my mileage and I even got 11.3 mpg! [IMG][IMG] Then I drove it another 100 or so miles yesterday and today. I'd forgotten just how much I LOVE drivin' this car. Up until this week it had only been about 23 miles in 2007. I'm trying to make up for it now! I still have a stall when I nail it from idle, but I think the acc. pump on the Edelbroke isn't working right. It does good otherwise though. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed driving the car. Had several people stop me and tell me stories about the one they had or the one so-and-so had....it was great! I plan on driving it a good bit more now that it seems to be reliable.....[IMG] or as reliable as "I" can make it. But hey, I've rambled long enough. Y'all take care! Preston

Welcome home, Preston. How was your experience?

Glad to hear you're back at school.
