I've used it, very good kit in my opinion. came complete and installs reletively easy. sorry its been too many years for me to remember the specifics past that.but I've been happy with it in ours.
I would say it will take care of any knock from your front end.

I used their stuff. I got all the bushings, spring seats, rebuilt my
upper control arms. I did go with the Polygraphite and I have
KYB gas-a-just shocks. I feel every bump in the road but it
    holds a line.

I have it and personelly dont recomend it. I ended throwing the ball joints in the garbage and buying a set of Moogs. You have to be careful with the strut rod bushings because you can stretch the rod and it can break usually when your driving your car. It will cause major damage if it does. I've read 2 separate articles where this happened. I've had to regrease the sway arm bushings already and my car gets little use. Anything I built from now on will have Moog OEM stuff. Just not worth the money in my opinion. I guess if you was going to do that road racing stuff, it might be worth the money.

I bought the whole Polygraphite Kit and Kabootle (always wondered what a Kabootle was - now I know). The swing arms came with bushings installed. I can't give you any first-hand info on the performance of them yet, but they 'appeared' to be good quality parts and everything fit perfectly.

I cant tell ya about any ball joint problems with ours, its been on the car for around 9 years now. I do know about the strut rod breaking and causing trouble, but that was what promted me to install the complete PST kit. the old crap gave out so I replaced it all.(front and rear suspensions, springs, shocks,wheels,tires,..ect) ours is set up pretty stiff too, complete suspension, not just bushings. built to corner well, and it does. maybe its the way its set up? but I've had no problems at all since installing it. the poly stuff may be too stiff for a standard suspended mav? parts have to be designed to work together as a system, cant have soft rubber bushings and some poly, with weak springs and such...just a thought?

I won't buy anything from them EVER EVER again.
I had problems with them. I called to see if they made a kit for a truck I was redoing. They said yes. I sent them money along w/ the part # they had given me.
They called me 2 weeks later, said they never made that kit and they don't have a kit that fits my truck. I asked for a refund. I got the run-around and finally got a refund.
I went with Energy Suspension parts and have had NO trouble with them
I got the complete kit, poly kit also along w/ idler arm, ball joints, tie rods, etc etc etc. I haven't had any problems and was quality parts.
