Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody could help me figure out what my car is really worth, and/or what it would actually sell for. ie: What would you offer for it?

    -I have a 76 with a straight 6, front disc rear drum brakes, 5-lug

-I've kept it really well maintained with regular tune-ups and oil changes, and its been a daily driver since I bought it two years ago (and probably a long time before that by other owners). Runs great.

-It was a cali car for 35 years so basically 0 real rust.

-Did a bumper swap so it has both early small bumpers and valances

    -Dual sport mirrors

-Almost all chrome in great condition, including window trim, boomerangs, and door-bumper chrome along body line, and I added the interior chrome on bottom curve of dash (under Maverick nameplate). No wheel lip chrome

-I swapped out the rear interior panels, both seats, back deck, and sun-visors (w/ little mirrors) with much better condition black ones to even out the otherwise all-brown interior. Black floor mats too.
-Seats are in great condition, only a couple rips and one small hole and very clean

-New radiator and custom overflow bottle

-Brand new exhaust pipes from header back, professionally bent and hung, with old catalytic converter

-New coil, Ford Blue distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs and wires

-New regulator, new battery with new hold-down, and new/upgraded 65-amp alternator (instead of factory 42-amp)

-Had carb professionally dialed-in and adjusted

-New shocks all the way around

-New front rotors and pads, new rear shoes, new seals and bearings all the way around, freshly dumped/replaced/bled brake fluid

-Painted valve cover, air cleaner box, and shock mounts Ford Blue

-Painted hood hinges, fan, and diagonal supports (coming off shock mounts) black

    -Painted the back face black

    -Blacked-out headlight bezels and grille

-Put in a somewhat new Phillips stereo head with aux input and am/fm (cut hole in original stereo mounting plate), 2 new 4x4s in front, 2 new 6x9s in back, a small amp, and a 12" enclosed sub in the trunk; the sound system is LOUDD

-Spare tire and original jack in the trunk

-All four original Maverick hubcaps with black spots repainted

-Added grommets to lock knobs, removed annoying door buzzer, replaced plastic window cranks with metal ones from a parts car

-Dash lights may not work, but I haven't tested them since I added all the new electrical/charging stuff (I added little spotlights on the gauges to drive at night)

-As far as I know all other electrical works great, and lights don't dim with stereo bumping

-Heater doesn't blow hot sadly. But fan works and defrost works well enough with warmish air. No AC

My pics got turned sideways for some reason, sorry.

Just to be clear this car is *NOT ACTUALLY FOR SALE* so no PMs please.
Ask away if you have any questions
Please give me an idea what you would offer

    Anything helps guys, thanks!

    lol jk

id say 3-4k? just a guess. all depends on the person wanting to buy, and what you feel you would like to get.

If you DON'T want to sell....then that has a factor in the value. Part of the reason items sell is a motivated seller. The reason things go up in value is a motivated buyer.

But I would say $1000 to $4000 range would be a safe value at this point. Really need to see the interior to judge more than that.

if it were mine judging by th epics I would start at $4k and hopefully land close to the 3-$3500 range and if I didnt need to sell it I wouldnt budge from the $4k
as long as theres no rust the car should sell fairly high in the summer when the gas price goes back up or even here in the next month or so as people are getting there taxes back
