Going to paint the inside area where the door panels are. Ok to use Krylon/Rusoleum spray can? I don't have a decent compressor so using "good" auto paint won't happen. Any good ideas on prep/paint? And then the door panels are trash, and the arm rests too....Don't see any on ebay right now, saw plenty of arm rests a while back. Also, I guess the paint should be flat black?

If you use anything besides very thin coats of lacquer you will fill in the grain on the door ...

my interior panels were a semi-gloss, not sure its correct, but thats what they were. just sand everything with a mild grit(220) to rough it up. mask off what ya dont wanna spray( if your any good rattle cannin it wont be to bad). then prime light to set it up, wait 15 minutes, lay on a decent coat, wait 10, lay it on good. wait an hour, or 2 if you like , then grab your color and spray 1 light coat, then wait 15, another a little heavier, and another 15. then spray it nice and even like ya mean it. im no pro, but i have rattled a few spots, and that works ok for me. who cares what it looks like when your goin so fast all they see is a blur?!!! hope it helps, im sure others will(or already have piped in) as slow as i type!:drink:
