Has anyone ever put a later model mustang tranny (86- early 90's) with Over drive in it. Does anyone know if they'd fit? (just sorta an idea I wanted to play with, as it'd be nice for highway driving)

You talking about automatics or manuals? If you already have a manual, the T5 will bolt up with an adapter plate from any Mustang supply house. Then you will need to fabricate the rear trans mount because it is longer than the one in there. You will also have to have the drive shaft shorten. I dont have a clue as to the automatics, I only run standards.

The MCCI president, Shawn Simpson and his father both have AOD's in their cars. You could contact him by going to the MCCI website and getting his #. Just go to the home page of this site and below where it said "message board" it will say "MCCI" and get his # from there.
