Welp here it is... The hood i've been talking about for months! First one off ever for Maverick infact any muscle car i'd say.. well besides some real pro race cars out there but there not weaved :D

anyways just fit it on tonight and damn....it fits way better then the fiberglass one i got! need a bit of work to adjust it...(adjusting bump stops and adjusting the hinges but nothing to racical like the fiberglass one. also it weights about half of fiber glass! its also a bolt on that uses the stock hinges and latch!

to some it may look funny unpainted however thats the effect of the carbon fiber... it was supposed to be dark bule to match my roof but beggers can't be choosey. maybe next run. if you guys have a black maverick i'll i gotta say it should look bad ass on it!

anyways let me know what you guys like

sorry never heard of VFN.. is that a company? one of my buddies was able to do a one off for me. how much well, it was you help me i help you kinda deals. anyways i'm trying to see how much it would cost to redo these for the consumer market.. since the most expensive part is already done. i need to get back with him soon.

fyi this stuff aint cheap one offs can run about 2k to 3k! however my fiber glass one ended up costing me $495.00 plus shipping $150.00, plus resanding it cutting it and reforming it just to get it to fit $100.00 bucks, plus whatever it would cost to paint it.... probably antoher $150.00 bucks. so if a fiberglass one would cost you about $895.00 at least that what it ended up costing me. i'm sure someone would pay $700.00 to $800.00 for one that already fits and is light and stronger then fiber glass one. i'm gonna work on the price with him.

if anyone is serious really serious about getting one around that cost please let me know... i don't know what lead time this would take so no promises.. this one took me about 5 months to get.
