not sure where this connects- missing hoses

    not sure what connects to this or what it is for exactly almost done getting the maverick ready to drive so please help!

    thanks i guess my only other question is that I have a 3 port one but the bottom one is block with a rubber thing. tried removing it but its on/in there good. not sure if thats the way it come or?

    Also looks like there is a switch or something that is in the air filter housing. I dont think i have that or what its called. Does it mount under the ext coming off of the round part of the housing?

    Regarding that black "thing" on the bottom post. That is a filter, some cars had them most didn't. If all of the ports were be used, than of course there would be no filter, but yours for whatever emissions you had when new only had the 2 ports required.
