    hey guys!

i'm researching the fittment of a Cleveland into a 70 mav, i don't have a Mav yet but maybe soon. i figure i can't afford a mustang, and not sure i want one either. i've had '72-'73 torinos and a '72 ranchero but the body's pretty shot. maybe a Maverick is just right? i'm looking to stuff a 671 blown Clev and possibly a C6, maybe a toploader? into a 70 Mav project so i'll be reading the archives and asking a few here and there. and hopefully picking up that 70...

a pick of the blower i got, this is in the previous owners 69 stang

welcome to the board. THe 70 has a smaller tranny tunnel than the later years.Might not make a difference if you are going to build a tube chassis car. But something to think about.

That's a lot of Cleveland for a little Maverick! You will need to have minimal or no shock towers. I know someone in OH that can make custom headers for a Cleveland in a Maverick with any chassis(mine is there now!).
    Welcome!
